By using FM from 2xAI Lab ("FM", "the service") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Provided as is

FM is a free service provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Third-party content

All radio streams are operated by third-party stations. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, including its legality, accuracy or suitability. Station information comes from a community database and may be incomplete, outdated or wrong.

Availability

Stations may go offline, change or stop working at any time. FM runs on a third-party cloud provider (Cloudflare), so the service may be slow, interrupted, changed or discontinued at any time, with or without notice.

Your use

FM is for personal, non-commercial listening. Please respect the rights of stream owners: do not record, redistribute or rebroadcast streams unless you have their permission, and do not misuse or overload the service.

No liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 2xAI Lab is not liable for any damages or losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service or any third-party content.

Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of FM after a change means you accept the updated terms.
